• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 Hours processed within.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for your deposit.

To withdraw from your bonus balance, the applicable turnover requirement must be fulfilled. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the turnover is complete, though your original deposit remains withdrawable.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% bonus on your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000. Turnover requirement: 15x.

• Cashback: 5–10% cashback on weekly losses. No turnover requirement.

Bonuses apply to one account only. Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts or from the same device/IP address will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw funds by circumventing bonus requirements.
• Third-Party Transactions: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.

B8visa reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

You may close your account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.
